I attended the workshop out of interest in how the making of art can contribute to general well-being and mental health What were expectations/ feelings you had on entering the workshop space? Neutral, interested What was your experience you had during the workshop? It was interesting to work on an ephemeral piece in a supported group context How would you describe your creation and what it meant to you? My piece ended up being women's creativity and resilience, particularly the resilience of my mother who died 18 months ago. It used circles and braiding of natural products plus an old teacup of my mother's What did you take with you as a result of the experience? I was delighted to see the work of the other participants and to be part of a communal art experience What impact, if any has it had on your life since then?
