25.01.2022 The schedule boards are out. Let me know if you would like your original day and time continued. If you have a change in preference, let me know and I’ll see what I can do. It’s good to get the all clear. I look forward to gettting back onto it

25.01.2022 Hello all, I hope you are all doing okay! The last 2 months have been an absolute blur. I realise it must seem like I just dropped off the end of the earth. I was so taken back when we were out for one week and straight back in to isolation. It took me 2 days to get my head around it. I was a bit numb. Since early Aug I cant believe how busy I've been. At first it was deliberate and then became routine. I now wonder how I did 10 hour days. I hope you are all are staying sa...fe and well. I look forward to being able to support my families once again. I am double vax and ready to go. Once we are allowed back out I will be in contact with you to organise plans moving forward. Take care, Belinda See more

24.01.2022 I would like to give my deepest condolences to a dear family whom I support, who lost a mum, mother-in-law and grandmother. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. Such a beautiful soul, who was the best to chat to and an absolute honour to support. I will miss her terribly Those we love don't go away They walk beside us every day... Unseen, unheard but always near Still loved, still missed and very dear Go gently x

23.01.2022 Oven lights came out of dishwasher a treat!

21.01.2022 Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my clients for giving me the opportunities in life that otherwise would not exist. The biggest one being "having respect for the work I do". I am so grateful for your business. I started Sole Cleaning 'with a gentle but deliberate' push from my friend #MichelleEades, solely because I no longer wanted to rely on someone to have security and employment. Let alone support, encouragement, praise and acknowledgement! I h...Continue reading

18.01.2022 Hello, February is here, already! My start to the year is going awesome. I love summer and will be sad to see it go. ... Driving home from coaching around 8.50 pm tonight, it is starting to be dark again. I've also noticed it's getting darker at 6 am. The days are getting shorter once more. This means more time inside, and...... more time to enjoy that beautiful clean feeling, if you so desired. :) Over the time I have cleaned it has been for all different reasons, but the most is young families, parents working, sports to run to, creche, kinder, school, play groups, washing, homework, catch up on work, barely home, but long enough to make it messy, last thing you want to be doing just before bed or on your weekends is cleaning, even though you adore where you live. I can solve all your problems. I love the jobs you hate! Well, not quite the jobs, but more the reaction I get when the job is done and you are smiling, all the while enjoying a cup of coffee and a moments peace of mind. Growing up my dad was all about jumping in and helping out, and mum was all about, a little dirt never hurt anybody. These put together make any job seem easy. Head down, butt up and whistle while I work, and before I know it, it's all done and I'm standing back admiring my work like good old 'Mr Hart" ha ha, or like the dear lady who cleans up his mess, lol. Come give me a go, you wont regret it! Start with 2 hours, start with a fortnightly clean or just start with a casual once off. Just START, and you will be amazed. Keep it casual if you prefer, getting a clean when you need it most or need a pamper. A bit like giving in and getting a massage. For the same amount it costs for a 2 hour massage you get a 3 hour clean that keeps giving back for days. Bite the bullet: Give it a go 4 hour clean for only $160 I guarantee you wont regret it! Sole Cleaning - with all my heart <3

18.01.2022 Move in clean. 5 1/2 hours. Very happy.

17.01.2022 Hello, fancy it taking ANOTHER lock down, haha, to get me back here. I hope this post finds everyone coping okay! Albeit I can keep myself pretty busy, not being allowed back in the gym this week hurts! Being allowed out to clean makes my heart sing Thank you for your understanding during lock down. I look forward to being a part of your support team once again. ... If you have any concerns please let me know, I’m only too happy to accomodate. Stay safe with this winters weather. See more

14.01.2022 When your shower looks clean and in fact it just my play ground of perfection. Had too much fun to remember to take after pics but the client was pleased and sent a lovely message afterwards. #lovemyjob #showersaremything #doitdoitwell #thatsatifactionfeeling

14.01.2022 Good morning. I must confess, I hate changing doona covers! Hate is a strong word, and I can hear my mother saying @sislike intensely, but nope . So today I thought I’d try the ol’ turn it inside out and roll it up trick . I worked out you actually have to turn the doona inside out first! Roll it up, tuck the doona inside and roll out. Well, I shook it out and Voila, it worked. ... So now, yes, I can say I only ‘dislike them intensely’ See more

13.01.2022 Hello. I hope you are all well and enjoying your Friday. Today is SETTTLEMENT DAY for me As always I do things without a 2nd thought. This is a good one I picked up along the way. I am packing and want to take the sand out this candle holder. (I knew I kept the jam jar for a reason) . To much to use a small funnel so this trick worked a treat.

12.01.2022 Happy Easter! I hope you are all having a lovely day and long weekend. What an extraordinary March 2021 I've had. Way beyond busy. From the day I started cleaning, way back when I was helping my sister out, I never thought of having a cleaner as a 'luxury'. As relieving and beautiful it is to come home to a wonderful smelling, clean house, there is sure to be luxuries out there that beat cleaning, in the true sense. ... A luxury to me is something beyond necessity, and not repeated often. Where as people most times reach out to me when the every day living becomes too much to keep up with. The floors go for a month without a clean, the shower even longer, and the dust takes over. To be honest my bathroom mirror looks like the Milky way on a clear night and stars everywhere, the brush attached to the bottom of my bathroom door is piled up with dust and albeit my floors are done regularly, the cats have other ideas on keeping it that way. I too am seriously considering getting some home help. I clean all day and coach all evening, walking back in the door at 9pm. I coach on Saturdays and have competitions on the weekends as well. Life is busy!! To have a cleaner would just take a load off my weary body. I hear you say take a day off and clean your house. This is how I interpret that "take a day off work to work", minus that 'walk in' feeling that clients have. So I can understand why cleaners are in such demand at the moment. Who would've thought we'd survive a pandemic, let alone thrive. People were working from home and still continued with their weekly or fortnightly clean. I still love my job and supporting families. So it is with regret that "SOLE CLEANING" has no availability at the moment. I'm sorry to anyone looking for a cleaner, as we are all in the same boat. I hope your 2021 is going well. Sincerely Belinda :)

12.01.2022 Just another move out clean

12.01.2022 Hello, I hope you are all well and safe. Over the past 3 weeks I have moved into my new home, which all went not quite like I thought it would. I'm assuming due to the pandemic, moving out of Greensborough, my childhood and young adult life suburb and away from close family and friends caused me quite a bit of anxiety. I honestly wasn't good there for a while and was regretting my move. It turns out this is not unusual :)... It has taken some time to get my head around that it will all work out in the end. I am somewhat settled now. I love my new house but I miss my old house and suburb a lot! As for cleaning I have missed you guys SO MUCH, I have missed working, so much and I am looking forward to when I can come back. Stage 3 come at me :) I hope you are all doing okay and hanging in there. I will let you know when I am back on board. There will be no rush to come straight back on board if you would like to take it slowly, or if you no longer require support there is no offence taken at all. Take care x Belinda :) See more

12.01.2022 Hello, I hope you are all well I'm thinking of you all Take care Belinda

11.01.2022 So satisfying. All in a days work. Beautiful feedback to boot

10.01.2022 Well "Hello" there. Fancy it taking another lock down to get me back on here. Lots of great intentions and way too busy to follow through. If there was no lockdown I would have been at a course all weekend. Is this a sign that we have learnt nothing. Yesterday I picked roses for the first time in for ever. It's actually nice to sit still for a little bit. My thing is I find it hard to say "no" and seek every corner to help someone. To the point I forget to fit me in. Yeste...rday I spent the day cleaning my house, in which has finally become 'home'. Sort of :) . I also chipped away at my walk-in wardrobe which has been a dumping ground for boxes from the move. All paper work, all needing a once over before I throw it. One box down, around four to go. I hope you are all gaining a reprieve for the next 5 days, even if the pace is just a little slower. Enjoy and stay safe x #slowdown #enjoythelittlethings #hugstoyouall See more

09.01.2022 Today was the day I had my dear clients house that has lost their gorgeous girl Callie. I knew I was going to be upset but when I pulled up to the house, I was waiting for the barking. The silence was drowning. Thank goodness no one was home as I stood just in the door howling. I had to start my cleaning, so through blurry eyes I set to do my job. I got to the room where she normally runs and sits on the bed, and it’s empty. So is the spot where her bed use to sit on the floo...r. The tears just kept flowing. I soldiered on until I got to the sliding door where her bowls and mat use to reside. And again more tears. I’ve been in this space twice before with my own pets and once before with another clients dog. I cried for Dodger as well. This guy had a thing about protecting women and whilst we cleaned he watch closely by. I sat with him at the end every clean, giving him a hug and just chatted. He had such a big heart. Today I poured my heart into this home. Everything was a first, again. Wanting to leave a special touch I folded the toilet paper and towels with finesse. Making it special and like a warm hug for when the household arrives home See more

07.01.2022 Hello, Since buying my own home things have been a little stressful. I was aiming to put posts up to help you all maintain your house while I was on hold but it just didn’t happen. Every corner I turned to was emotionally and physically exhausting to the point I lost faith in some people, aka real estate agents and sellers. This house has been pretty neglected. Well, I have now found some strength. You may have seen my shower clean and pics? , it’s now all good. I’ve sin...ce done the bathrooms/toilet, kitchen and floors and have them to a maintenance level. I’ve fell into trouble after getting my range hood filters out to clean (dishwasher ) And then couldn’t get them to stay back in, and although I searched and ask how I could, I could not get them to sit back in. There had to be a way Today I found it I found a sticker with a code on it and searched the net and ta da, they are back it. This lead to an oven glob removal as it blew yesterday. I found out there are two, which one was only working. I’ve got the item code off the globe to make sure I replace/buy the right one. I cleaned the outer cover while I had it off. While Waiting for them to soak I cleaned the toaster and tidied the sink. See more

We are also happy to do casual cleans and once off's until these positions are full.

06.01.2022 I’ve started putting the ‘plug’ to my sink in the dishwasher when I put it on. I have noticed today that the rubber seal is starting to look weathered, so I’m going to pull it apart and take it out before putting it in. I would do this as necessary or once a week

06.01.2022 Good morning! It's Sunday! Yay. I just love Sundays. It's a me day. A day I try to do things for me, even if it's a quick cuppa out in the sun. I am excited to write about some new ideas I've had. In my new home there is A LOT of floor boards. I do love a good floor board but there is so much here than at the old house :) ... For my clients floors I have gone to using a 'horse hair' vac head to protect their beautiful floor boards from wear and tear and also scratches. It is so easy to do! :( It only takes a tiny grain of sand to be underneath and BOOM, a scratch appears. It makes me so nervous, but, they are floors and they are going to get wear and tear so I just do my best. I do turn up from week to week to find new scratches that have happened in between cleans which I do my best to work with them and making them not so visible. No floor is safe or scratch proof. That being said I brought a bright orange dust mop to pick up the dust, sand and cat fur and it is amazing. It is so gentle and actually picks up a lot of the stuff. My floors looked good with just that but I didn't stop there ....... I also brought a squirt mop. I love a good spot clean and don't believe in saturating your whole floor is necessary. First I did all the traffic areas and then went around looking for any marks that I had missed. In the bottle I added a little Pledge to lightly condition the floor and give it a bit of shine. Wow! I love it! Both of these new toys worked as good on my tiled areas/bathrooms and laundry. I also brought a window washer with added squeegee, cobweb brush and a deck brush :) along with clr spray (for shower glass. It worked well but didn't get rid of the water marks) lavender metho (in small doses is okay) magic erasers and new microfibre cloths. Oh and two new light globes as oven light and bench top blew. I was like a kid in a candy store <3

05.01.2022 Hello All, Sole Cleaning is as of tomorrow putting all cleans on hold. I am self isolating to try and stay healthy for not only me, but you as well. Please take care, and see you on the other side when all is clear. Thank you all for your ongoing support. ... I am very grateful for your business. See more

04.01.2022 Wow! I hope this finds you all healthy and well. As much as covid-19 has been daunting and a little scary, (and we're not done yet), there has been many positives to look at as well. #thethingsthattrulymatter I am grateful to all my clients who have been amazing. I've lost no-one, even though I had a break to gather my thoughts. Thank you all so much for your support. I am passionate about my work, doing the best job I can, in every job I do. Whether it be 2 hours or 5 hour...s, I give 101%. It's not in me or worth my time to do a half **** job. I love a job that I can sink my teeth into, making a difference, and i do not waste my time fluffing over stuff that just doesn't need doing. Some days may be hectic and I'll be there longer than booked and some days may be great and I may be in and out in good time. Hand on my heart, I can say that when I leave your home, it is amazing and done with care. Since being back a fortnight ago, I have been flat out, up to now, I have been hit with a viral infection. Pityioriasis rosea. From what I can see it is not contagious but the dr took one look at me and said you need to rest up. She gave me a cert for a week and suggested I take two. The rash can take 6 weeks to go. so I've taken the week and I'll see how I go next week. Whether there is covid-19, this virus or just my usual clean, all practices, precautions, and the utmost care is taken to do the best job for you. I am confident that having your house cleaned at the moment is a wise choice and I can honestly say the best thing you can do. At home I am consistently wiping over surfaces, common areas, light switches and door/handles. The maintenance makes it easy and quick. Other than that I am washing my hands with every job I do, from making brekkie, working on my pc, washing, and jobs from one area to another. The 1.5 distance, washing hands, sanitising gel and being careful to try not to touch our faces and if needed sneeze or cough in to the elbow or tissue, throw away and wash hands is the best protection against covid-19. With just a little thought and new practices that become second nature will go a long way to keeping us all safe. I wish you all happy and well. #takecare #touchingbase #fullschedule #careandpassion #lovemyjob #ihavethebestclients #thankyou :) <3

03.01.2022 Well, how things have escalated. I hope you are all keeping safe and well. Since last Wednesday, and when all domestic cleaning was put on hold, I have had nothing but the most grateful responses from all my clients. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! Thank you so much. I appreciate everyone of you! While we are all safe at home lets look at the positives. How awesome is this Quality time! I have not been this quiet since I started up 3 years ago. I'm not used to this, lol. ... After many years, ups and downs, celebrations and challenging humps. A goal dear to my heart has come to fruition. I have successfully brought a home. One of the strategies for this to be possible, with the help of the encouragement of a friend, is starting Sole Cleaning. I was overwhelmed with the support my new clients have given and continue to give. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart <3 I so look forward to being up and doing what I love. Take care and hope to see you again soon when all is well.

01.01.2022 An urgent move out/in clean. So happy with this clean. #keptasocialdistance #doingwhatilove #staysafeandwell

01.01.2022 Maintaining your maintenance clean basics. Most ppl have a face washer in the shower. Just before you change it over wipe down the glass and tiles of your shower before putting it in the wash. Microfibre are the best of both worlds. Better still have a spray in the shower to quickly squirt the walls before you get out or once a week, have a small pile of cleaning cloths in the bathroom ready to go, before you get out the shower, spray product ONTO THE CLOTH and wipe down walls. Running water while going over the walls works well. Takes 2 min and saves hours. A super plus. Have a magic eraser in the shower and wipe over one wall with running water each day before you get out. 20 Sec, so easy.

01.01.2022 Right now, I can not comprehend the such sad news that I have received today. My heart aches and my mind is in a jam. Tears continually rolling down my face. Today I lost my little house buddy from one of my dear clients whom I have cared for, for around 5 years. This gorgeous puppy was my mate on the days we'd clean together. Such a bright, chirpy little soul, that always put a smile on my face. Oh my goodness, I am going to miss you terribly. I cannot imagine coming to your home and you not being there. I just can'l believe it! RIP my gorgeous girl. I adored having you there to greet me and keep me company. May you be happily barking at the postman or courier, protecting your castle, just like down here. Sending you, along with your sweet family, all the love and protection in the world right now <3
