17.01.2022 Squat are such an awesome exercise to strength the legs but often can cause issue with knee pain. Too much weight in the front of the foot can allow the knees to move over the toes and restrict hip movements. Try and stick the bottom back to get the weight into the heels and fire up the glut muscles to achieve a better movement pattern.

16.01.2022 COVID-19 update re: group Physiotherapy sessions. We've had a number of enquiries as to our plans with our Group Physiotherapy sessions. Group Physiotherapy sessions will currently continue. We are taking all known precautions with regards to increasing the frequency of cleaning of all studio equipment, increased frequency of changing linen including pillow cases and towels and hand sanitiser is available for your use. You may prefer to bring your own towel or help yourself ...to one from the shelf in the kitchenette area. These sessions differ to attending a gym as we have a maximum of 5 people including the Physiotherapist within a 45m2 area which allows for adequate distance between clients. Due to the nature of the exercises undertaken in most cases sweating is minimal. We acknowledge those in high risk groups may not feel comfortable attending at this stage. If you would like to cancel for a period of time please inform the reception team. We will put your current timeslot on hold for an agreed period of time. If we are provided with advice to discontinue these sessions we will inform everyone via SMS. From the team at B2B, keep healthy & keep active!

09.01.2022 Sit-ups are a great exercise to strengthen the abdominals when done correctly. People often report neck discomfort with this exercise. This can be mitigated with correct technique. Try to gradually build your number of repetitions as you build strength in the abdominals and neck muscles. A gentle out breath as you lift upwards can help.
