Everybody has their own combination of traits that makes them what they are, Im not fishing for compliments- just trying to point out what you see here is nothing but a product the combination and observation and obsessiveness. 02.01.2022 2019. My father passed away in April. I was made redundant in November. This year I lost my hero and my job of 13 years. I also lost my beard for a while thanks to @movember . I also lost 7 kilos and a full pant size. Ive lost a lot this year, things I thought defined me, but this is not about what Ive lost or how Ive been knocked down- this is about how I get back up and what Ive gained from my losses. More importantly its not about likes or sympathy. Its about saying ...thanks to 3 extraordinary humans who got me through all this with my mind, body and spirit still intact. From the bottom of my heart, thank you @thewellstate , @wellness_with_sarah and @darcieallison . You guys are the reason why I am able to get back up again and again and the reason why Im not face down in a ditch. Ill keep taking the hits and getting back up because of you. So happy 2020 to you all- champagne for my real friends and real pain for my sham friends. And also from the bottom of my heart- #gofuckyourself2019 . Thank you all for your support this year.
