On the 28th of May Ross Edgley is releasing his new book The Art of Resilience: Strategies for an Unbreakable Mind and Body. We think the title says it all. Ross has previously swum around the entirety of Great Britain in 157 days, without stepping a foot on land the entire time (taking rests on the boat between 6hr stints of swimming). To say that he had to have an insane amount of mental and physical strength is an understatement. This book runs through ways in which he approached this amazing feat as well as his everyday life.
