25.01.2022 The start of re-levelling a fibregalss swimming pool in Gladstone. The shallow end of the pool was approximately 120mm higher than the deep end due to flooding rains over the previous years and lack of drainge around the pool. While there was drainge channel around the pool to disperse the water, the drainage works needed to be deeper, go further and be able to cope with flooding rain. The hydra static valve had not worked as the pool was completely covered by water which had the pressure inside and outside of the pool equal and was effectively a pool within a dam. Proper drainage works have now been carried out on the property and this will never happen again.

23.01.2022 480m done today. Really happy after removing old fence, clearing and installing the new fence with gal pickets, solid strainers and intermediate posts no more ...than 80 meters apart. 23.01.2022 Shady spot to be working today. Preparing for a masonry block retainer. The Zero turn excavator makes sites like these easy work.

23.01.2022 Heres a couple of photos of the irrigation and turf works we completed in early March. It looks a treat. We will monitor this yard so its ready for an August wedding. What a lovely setting.

17.01.2022 Weve been really busy lately. Here is a set of 6 units in Gladstone that had bad drainage and flooding issues. But that is all in the past now. 9 tandem loads of fill, with old concrete removed and replaced with new concrete path and re-turfed. Water in heavy rain will not build up in the rear of this block in the foreseeable future now. Great work Team. Here is some photos of the transformation.
