19.01.2022 Just wrote a brand new song, when I'm supposed to be writing up a blog post for the other new song that I've already recorded. I'm also supposed to be working, but instead I just a pulled a new song out of nowhere and now I have to eat m&ms and contemplate whether this new song is rubbish or not. Mondays amirite.

10.01.2022 I quit Instagram a little while back, because it annoyed me a lot. A lot of social media annoys me, but I don't hate it. It seems like a pretty beautiful way to connect with people, it's just that that's not what we often do with it. I'm gonna make an effort to post more things, not because i'm clinging to the platform, but because I like making videos and I like playing guitar and I think that doing both a lot more of the time is good for my soul. Also my next student isn't... here and i'm bored of the games on my phone. 01.01.2022 So I'm embarking on a new plan, to upload videos to facebook and youtube separately. Linking youtube videos on facebook is a fool's errand. The only problem is, for most of the videos I've already posted, I have to download them from youtube (at a reduced quality). I deleted the 4k footage from my PC to make way for other videos, and - I'm reluctant to admit - A couple of very space intensive video games. From here on in, I'll be deleting raw footage and keeping the edited v...ideos backed up on a hard drive. 01.01.2022 Third video I posted on Youtube, a song I wrote to myself while feeling a little ambivalent on my birthday. Blog post about this song here - http://www.badgerhands.com/blog/down-the-line I'm posting all of these in quick succession because I have a brand new song ready to upload, and I want the videos to appear in the feed in chronological order, for neurotic reasons. ... I couldn't upload the new one anyway even if I wanted to, it's a HD video and my internet has gone away for a few days, forcing me to use my phone, thereby relegating me to tether speeds. 'Tether speeds' would be a good band name.
