In these uncertain times, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our community is our top priority. We are closely monitoring and complying with instructions from Government, local health officials and relevant organisations regardi...ng the emergence of Covid-19. We value your health and the health of our staff. Today and every day, the cleanliness and hygiene of our venues, and the wellbeing of our team and valued customers are of the utmost importance. At present, we remain open, and have taken immediate and additional comprehensive steps to enhance all cleaning protocols and operating procedures at our venues. Hygiene We are ramping up our already stringent cleaning and sanitisation process through extra cleaning, extra sanitisation and increased intervals of hand washing and gloves to handle food, as always. Our Staff All Baget team members have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms. Ordering in store We encourage you to continue to order your favourite Baget meals in store, but you may consider take away as a better option for you. Skip the queue If you want to minimise your time in our store you can skip the queue and order your meal via the Hey You app. Your meal will be prepared and ready for you to collect at the pickup counter. (Russell St only) Online ordering You can always order your favourite Baget meal online via our delivery partner UberEats and Deliveroo. Catering We are still here to provide catering delivered to your office. Hours We are monitoring the situation day by day however you may see our hours adjusted if needed. We will update these hours on our website and on Google etc. It is a very difficult time for all and we have experienced a significant drop in sales. As a small family business we are trying our best to absorb costs where we can, and doing our best to minimise reduction in staff hours as much as possible. We do however have fixed costs that are unavoidable so we appreciate your ongoing support.
