04.01.2022 RECIPE BELOW Need a quick, easy and delicious dessert to impress your dinner party guests? We have you covered. Simply purchase pre-made profiterole cases (swipe) from @baharpersianfood and follow the below recipe to make the delicious rosewater cream filling within minutes! Easy peasy. Persian Rosewater Cream Puffs (Noon e khamei)... INGREDIENTS 1 cup (250ml) of thickened cream 6 tablespoons of caster sugar 1 tablespoon of rosewater METHOD 1. Combine the cream, sugar and rosewater in a mixing bowl. 2. Using an electric beater, mix at high speed until soft peaks form. 3. Cut off the tops of the pre-made profiterole cases. 4. Fill the profiterole cases with the cream, and replace the top of the case. 5. Place your filled profiterole cases in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the pastry case to soften. 6. Garnish with some icing sugar and crushed pistachio powder before serving. And don’t forget to tag us in your creations!
