24.01.2022 BCP is Stoked to announce its first out of lockdown Riding school at a private track down here in East Gippsland on Saturday 14th Nov 2020. This school will be working on all things moto, bike set up, Techniques, lap time drills and lots of riding. Track is sandy loam so if your looking to enhance your sand skills come along and they will put you through you paces. 20.01.2022 East Gippsland Motorcycle Club Sunday 20th October!! SAVE THE DATE We are excited to announce our first ever Endurocross event! Only 3 WEEKS AWAY until this family fun event! ... The Endurocross is approximately a 6 minute lap consisting of mx , obstacles and some small grass track sections. Its shaping up really well with all capabilities catered for including 3 juniors classes, a ladies class and a seniors class.The junior classes will be a 1 hr event and the ladies and seniors will be a two hour event. 16.01.2022 Bairnsdale and District Motorcylce club is excited to announce its first ever EnduroX family fun day next weekend SUNDAY 20TH OCTOBER! Sign on 7.00 - 8.00 am Sharp Riders Briefing at 8.30 am Sighting lap - 8.45am... Junior racing starts at 9.00am Entries: You need to be registered with AMA, which can be done online at secure.enduro.asn.au A yearly membership: - Single $33 - Family $66 Once you have joined up with AMA during the week, all it will cost to participate is $40 juniors and $60 Seniors. The club will be running the following classes: Juniors: - up to 65 2T and up to 150 4T - 85 2T to 200 2T and 150 4T to 250 4T (classes will finalised on the day depending on numbers) - Juniors will all run for 1 solid hours (as many laps as you can do in 1 hour) Junior racing starts at 9am. Seniors classes - Open men: - Open women - 2 Man team - the above classes are 2 hours (as many laps as you can do in 2 hours). We are looking for volunteers to help on the day! We will run in two weeks time Sunday the 4th August. Weekend after Traralgon gippy round. We do apologize for the inconvenience

07.01.2022 Hey members. This Saturday 14th March we are holding a working bee in preparation for our first practice day of the year(28/03). We will require all hands on deck for the usual issues. Mowing/whipper snipping - more the better Check water points Start gate maintenance ... Toilet maintenance General clean up. Track prep will happen the week before the event. Working bee will be held between 8am - 4pm. Without help we cannot hold club events. Cheers.

05.01.2022 BCPs Brad Matheson is running a 2 day training camp 15th / 16th of February focusing on race drills and fitness! Saturday will be run under a MV permit so for people wanting there kids 5 hours coaching signed off this is the chance to do it Sunday will be at a private Sand track which will be perfect practice for the people racing the Gippys the following weekend at Rosebud! 05.01.2022 Tatts Finke Desert Race cancellation To Finke competitors, sponsors, suppliers, volunteers, officials, ambassadors and supporters. On behalf of the Finke Desert... Race committee, I regret to advise that the Tatts Finke Desert Race for 2020 has been cancelled. Australian Government advice to restrict gatherings to 500 people or less meant we had no option but to cancel. Additionally travel to Aputula community (Finke) has been restricted so we wouldnt be able to camp overnight. This is the right decision based on health grounds. To all our competitors, we will send further advice on refunds of entry fees. This may take some time and I ask that you be patient as we work through the process. We will send you another message in the coming weeks. This is the first time in the events 44 year history that we have had to take this action. There is no one to blame here and I am sure there will be many very disappointed people however things are beyond our control. Keep monitoring the advice from all governments on how to stay as safe as possible. All being well, we will see you in 2021. Antony Yoffa President Finke Desert Race
