23.01.2022 Would anyone like to join me in getting behind this equipment Fundraiser at our primary school please? Its not often Ill cook anything other than my own cookies, but these are super yummy and seriously convenient. The packaging claims you can make 44 cookies from each tub, but that is 44 super thick huge cookies....I can make 100 kid sized cookies out of each tub easily. There are 10 varieties to choose from, with 9 for us humans and a special Doggie Biscuit Dough..., plus one Gluten Free version (Choc Chunk). Priced at just $13 to $15 per 1kg tub. You can freeze the dough and have it on hand for unexpected visitors, bake it up for a party, grab a scoop out just to make a sweet treat for you while your dinner is cooking in the oven, or make fresh doggie treats for your best friend.....dough can also be thawed and refrozen, which means no wastage! If youd love a tub or two please get in touch to place your order - and know that youll be helping to get the kids a fixed shade shelter in their playground before Summer hits! How awesome is that?? 17.01.2022 Princess Z and I have mastered homemade ice cream today on attempt no.3 - and the boys dont even know its in the freezer, so now was the Perfect time to test ...some and see if it had stayed light and creamy or gone rock solid like the first 2 batches did! This is just heaven in a container!! Oh and look - what better than todays choc mud cake with choc ganache, warmed and piled high with peanut butter choc chunk ice cream!! Made my crafting and baking mad neighbour a choc mud cake too this morning but gave hers a little more decorating love! :) not that it stopped or slowed her from tucking straight into it at 8.25am!! lol Yummy day in the kitchen today!! My babies were all very impressed when they came home to a selection of chocolate mud oreo cupcakes, butterfly cakes filled with strawberry jam and buttercream, and some simple vanilla on vanilla cupcakes topped with some unexpected popping candy! 12.01.2022 I have a wonderful friend that loves making and eating desserts as much as I do....and yesterday we went to town!! Pavlova Shells, Trifle and Glasses of Chocolate Mousse from my kitchen, and Custard Tarts, Profiteroles (and a full roast dinner for 9) from Bs!! Plus we both dressed our Pavs with very different but equally delicious toppings, and then caught up to share our creations last night The verdict?! I could be the size of a house by Christmas at this rate - theres just one serve of pav and one of trifle left in our fridge - and I must admit Im a little bit glad I dont have any cake orders today..... think I may have had one or two desserts too many yesterday

03.01.2022 Hubbys Ghoulish Skull birthday cake top, (carved by me today as I was too time poor yesterday!), a big batch of Choc Chip Cookie Dough Fudge, Viennese Fingers dipped in ganache and then into YIAH "Chilli Chocolate Almond Dukkah" and "Rose, White Chocolate, Pistachio Dukkah"; and mini meringues are just about to come out of the oven, chantilly cream & berries are all ready to top those in the morning, and finish with a raspberry champagne jus & more Pistachio Dukkah
