23.01.2022 A MESSAGE ON BOOKINGS // Firstly we would like thank everyone for their eagerness in getting back and dining at the Bakehouse. We have received an overwhelming amount of booking requests which is exactly why we decided to open at this early phase - to welcome our guests back and provide some good food and good times in a safe environment. At this stage, and for the future well beyond Covid, we can not stress how important it is for you to notify us of any changes to your book...ings. With either of the following scenarios, we must know as soon as you know; 1 - you need to cancel your booking 2 - your numbers change With a maximum number of 10 guests, we are are turning guests away when we could of had the opportunity to seat them. To have 2 no shows on our first day was very disappointing when we could of filled those spaces.For us this is the most upsetting thing when had the opportunity to give someone an amazing time - only to turn them away. We want to give everyone equal opportunity to dine with us and share in the fun therefore the accuracy booking details is paramount. We thank you for your understanding with this and to everyone who is already being flexible with times. We will continue to do daily facebook updates on any spaces available in the upcoming days.
