19.01.2022 Do you journal? Recently I started a daily morning ritual of completing a three page brain dump in my journal. A stream of consciousness, writing whatever is in my head. Not being caught up to finish sentences when a new thought comes up, not looking back at spelling or structure. Its been an incredibly healing task to create clarity, move through the self doubt, unpack any self sabotaging behaviors and get clear on what is going on in my life and what I need or want. 01.01.2022 MERCURY IS IN RETROGRADE TODAY (until the 12th of July) This is how I intended to take on this retrograde; sassy and smiling. Reality is, I sat on the floor of the shower last night and cried. During this retrograde, we are going to be tested with communication and speaking from the heart. If we dont think and take our time before we speak, words are going to poor out like verbal diarrhea and get misinterpreted. To support ourselves we need to prioritse self care and emotional wellbeing during this time. Stay kind and compassionate with yourself and be gentle and understanding with others.
