25.01.2022 Thought this article was quite interesting. I'd like to think patients are given precursory options by their surgeons before surgery is deemed inevitable. Then again, surgeons don't reap many benefits if surgery isn't the final option. A bit of a conundrum for them, I suppose!!

10.01.2022 Balanced Massage Therapy now provides Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage. 09.01.2022 Lesley participated in the Wonderfalls Trail Run (42.2km) on 31 August. The event took place in the Otways near Lorne, along the Cumberland and Sheok Rivers. A challenging course, with 1,600m elevation gain and 6 river crossings to boot! Next year, perhaps she'll conquer the 52km course!
