16.01.2022 Meet our Sales/Village Manager: Nicole McInnes - I joined Baldwin in July 2018 after relocating from Townsville. I have been managing villages for 13 years and feel a real satisfaction from assisting people from their decision making stage - moving into a village, to seeing them flourish in the community once they have moved in. Getting to know the residents on a personal level is fulfilling and it becomes an extended family in a sense. 12.01.2022 Its BBQ time once again at Northside, and our chefs didn't disappoint. It was supposed to be held in our BBQ area, but mother nature had other plans for us. We still managed to cook some sausages, hamburger patties, chicken skewers, onion of course and had some yummy salads. Thank you to everyone that came along. See you next time. Hopefully outside.

07.01.2022 Happy Valentines Day to all our residents at Northside. They wine and dined on Pizza, wine and Chocolates till their bellies where full. All the ladies received a rose and everyone had a great night.

07.01.2022 Melbourne Cup is always a great day celebrated in our community centre and this year was no different. Everyone dressed up for the occasion and looked fantastic. Some winners and losers in the sweeps as always and a lovely chicken and salad lunch prepared by some of our lovely residents. Thank you to everyone who came along.

05.01.2022 Its was all hands on deck to celebrate Ann's 80th birthday this week. Pat, Julie and Ceciley did a wonderful job catering for the morning tea in the community centre. We love seeing our residents enjoying themselves and the friendships that come with living in a village like Northside. Happy Birthday Ann from everyone at Baldwin Living Northside.
