12.01.2022 First lesson. Basic Butter cream #1 2.5 hours Sunday 17th You will learn how to decorate different designed cup cakes using butter icing, you will be taught how to make the butter icing and then move on to the process of colouring and piping. We will also start to design next weeks cake.... Second Lesson. Basic Butter cream #2 2.5 hours Sunday 24th Using your design we worked on last week you will decorate a round cake. You will learn how to ice a round cake in butter cream as well as mould and cut icing shapes to finish your decorations. What to bring. First Lesson. Pen and Work book Large plastic container (big enough for 6 large cup cakes) Medium plastic container (to take home decorations for next weeks lesson) Dish cloth and Tea Towel drink bottle with refreshments Cup cakes will be provided for this lesson. Second Lesson. Pen and Work book, 1x round cake (10 inch round NO BIGGER OR SMALLER) Must be at least 3 inches high. Large plastic container (big enough to fit round cake in with out destroying decorations), Medium plastic container (to take home left over decorations), Dish Cloth and Tea Towel Drink bottle with refreshments. All equipment will be provided for in lesson.
