Its beautiful sunny day and my left plantar fascia has been playing up lately due to me wearing gumboot while taking the dogs for a walk Lesson learn, wear proper walking shoe if you are going for a long walk !! ... I share this picture of self taping on my plantar today just to let you know that we can do a lot of thing with this curetape beside to help strengthen and reduce the load or stretch on plantar fascia. Anyway...have a good weekend and let me know if you are interested on how this tape work

Just to let you all know that I’ll be close from Sunday 20th of December through 28th, back open 29th & 30th then closing for New Years and return back from the 4th of January 2021!!!
