I’m busily making more, but that won’t be ready until autumn or winter, so now is your chance! Just to tempt you jammy apricot flavours with a slight tang feature in this lighter liqueur, made from ripe apricots grown in Mullalyup. Enjoy the exquisite aroma and sweetness of the apricots coming to the fore. Try a splash in your G&T to add a subtle fruity floral flavour, or give the Gingerbread Herbhouse cocktail a go. See more

06.01.2022 Unfortunately, the 2020 Balingup Medieval Carnivale was cancelled this year due to COVID. But it’s fabulous to see some of the Medieval characters adorn the South West Hwy in Balingup this week to mark the fourth weekend of August. The Balingup Medieval Carnivale evolved from a half day event 1996, to an amazing annual weekend event full of medieval colour, stunning costumes, and family fun not to be missed. We’ll see you all in 2021 for the Balingup Medieval Carnivale!
