11.01.2022 Did you know that Q fever is typically spread to humans by breathing in dust that was contaminated by infected animals? The bacteria are most commonly found in sheep, goats and cattle. If you work in a high risk occupation such as farming, saleyards or selling and working with livestock, you can prevent the spread by having the Q Fever vaccination. Testing and immunisation for Q fever is now available at our Wendouree clinic.... For more information, please contact us on 5338 4585.
