22.01.2022 For all our newer License holders (P Platers) please make sure you ask for an endorsement every time you enter a race meeting as per the pics below. This will ensure the clerk of course signs this off at the end of the meeting. In general you will be granted an endorsement, unless you failed to complete 75% of the laps on the day.... UPDATED INFORMATION: When you have completed the enough meetings on P’s you can request a license upgrade from D grade to C grade. You need an OLS Observed License Session (OLS) and 4 endorsements granted. After a race meeting, the endorsements are uploaded back to the CMS by Wednesday at the latest. This means they may not always appear on your license first thing Monday mornings.

Although Covid has us in lock down our club is still very active and wanting to keep every ones enthusiasm of karting alive. 16.01.2022 We will be working our way around the track with two more Kerbs being replaced this coming weekend. Demolition of commentary corner and Woolshed corner will take place Friday and prepped ready for pouring Saturday morning. We are good for volunteers on the Friday but would like a couple more ready for the pour first thing Saturday morning.. if you are handy with a trowel, or even a shovel rake or broom, and think you can help, please let us know. We would appreciate your help.

16.01.2022 As the year draws to a close we would like to invite all Ballarat Kart club members to our final club day of the year on Sunday 6th December. This will be a practice and novelty event day open to all members whether that be full race license, practice license, or just supporting members and family. 02.01.2022 Wow what a day, the weather was trying but the track was fast. Today we saw the biggest clubday at Ballarat since the late 90’s with 88 entries, supported by our friends from all over Country Victoria. A huge shout out to our faithful club members who pitched in to see we delivered for the crowd. To those that offered up their time to see a full Covid practice day leading into race day for those that haven’t been to Ballarat for a while, the girls who spent the day in the c...anteen, and the team in the tower and grids that stood in the sun and the rain to see us get through a testing meeting with Covid restrictions at max groups of 10. To all the competitors that come from near and far to support our club, thank you, and we hope to see you all again in the near future. Round three inter club challenge Wimmera Kart club November 8th, come along and enjoy the revival of Karting in Country Victoria.
