21.01.2022 Jake giving the SDD event a run through this morning- the weights were 210,220,230 & 240 with the last weight being repped out. Weights will be released this coming week!

19.01.2022 In light of today’s announcement I have made the decision to cancel the comp that was due to take place on Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November. I believe that cancelling it is the best option as we have postponed it twice already and in light of the way things are going we will start fresh in 2021. I am already planning for next year (this year was going to be my last year running comps) but I want to go out with one more awesome comp so look out - if my plan comes togethe...r it will be one not to miss. Please keep an eye out for emails tomorrow for those that have registered and paid and I will send details so I can arrange a full refund to all paid competitors. In the meantime keep moving, keep training (if you can) and stay safe. Kay and the team at CB

15.01.2022 Update on Coronavirus for Ballarat's Strongest in May. At this stage the comp is definitely still going ahead - I understand many non-strongman events have been cancelled around the country but as we draw less than 500 athletes and spectators our comp should be fine. Naturally I will keep everyone updated including the do's and don'ts during the comp as advised by health authorities. ... If you have any questions please DM me. Cheers Kay

13.01.2022 **UPDATE** Please also contact me if you have any other concerns for the dates and training etc. Remember this date is subject to any Victorian government rulings, if they do not allow gatherings of 100 people inside then Plan B will be implemented. Please bare with us these are unprecedented times and we are working hard behind the scenes to allow a safe comp for everyone including weight selections etc.
