25.01.2022 How cool - feeling a tad down on my adventure tonight, puffy face swollen foot - I suddenly remembered that the ankle is not separate to the body, it needs rest to heal which means my whole body needs rest to heal the sore bits.... rest does not just mean stay off the bit that is sore Im talking to myself here... probably the only person in the whole world who needs to be reminded that we are not our body and our body is not us - we are all one Anyway - as I finishe...d listening to the enthusiastic sharing via voice notes @miss_gear_homeec love you and reading messages from another beautiful friend - that are so not of this world - I decided to shuffle cards. 21.01.2022 As I drove home this evening I had to stop and capture this sunset, and as I watched and zoomed in I begun to feel a little unusual but known - tomorrow I trek off to learn new skills, have different experiences and Im a little unsure of the surroundings and the company. This is a bit of a normal feeling for me, in the past, the night before something new involving other humans, I would often feel the anxiety which I learnt to change to nervous excitement. Which was the feel...ing coming from not knowing what I am doing and who else is there and from being on my own with a bunch of women..... now I know they are all nice and its a supportive space - but Im sure, if I have had past lives, then in nearly all of them I wasnt female and boarding school sucked! - its taken me a long time to work other women out and even then I havent and often prefer male friends, or people to hang out with, or women who are like one of the gang.. Im also not so great with physical touch (like lowest love language for me) & in groups lol so iso has been fabulous for me . So tonight as I wrote I decided to shuffle some cards and who wouldve guessed a tower would be representing my present and swift adaptability, but Im impressed with the clear intentions coming forward and the map to guide me to success on this new adventure - I have a mission and I will succeed this time - love it!! And now I can go to bed knowing it is what it is and I will be ok, I can always leave if it gets too much after all but its time to smash some lingering patterns and an old story and remember the basic principles - 1. 17.01.2022 Meet George this little dude was kicked out of his nest with his sister a few weeks back. She didnt make it - but lucky for this guy - Raffy got him and once I convinced Raff to give him to me I put the slop covered guy back in the tree but his mumma didnt want him and it wasnt safe for him to stay with us - nec minute he is being rescued by an electrician with a huge ladder who loves ring tail possums and they let me know he made it George is a western ring tail ...and they are an endangered species, they are also territorial and despite relocation his mum still chooses to live in a Peppi treee (the scraggiest tree ever lol) in our back yard amongst 4 dogs and a cat - between us and the neighbour.... regardless of your view on possums, they are part of a system in nature that humans seem to forget in their hast each day - take the time to slow down, or become aware of your actions, you might then help in the journey to keep yourself alive and with a home a little longer Go George!! 15.01.2022 love this space and when I took this pic it reminded me that lifes not perfect immediately often its the end result that we want, or I want anyway - however we skip or forget the time journey prior to that. Which is funny, I totally understand it takes time but I really just want to outcome now! Anyone else relate to this? ... This picture is a business that took years to create, plants that take time to actually grow and a dam that was built and again took time to fill once dug.... Maybe its a symptom of the microwave society I was a teenager in or that I dont do delayed gratification... however, when I think about it - its actually that I do everyday what needs to be done in small steps and then when I get there I forgot what happened in the lead up lol. The daily shifts and baby steps sometimes makes it feel like its never going to end or that this is all there is - but thats not true - Ive had to remind myself of this - being an achiever I have been quick to reach a goal only to shove it aside and keep moving towards the next one, when perhaps its time to take a break and observe and acknowledge the journey and the view at the top before looking for the next mountain Loving this #adventure #energy #freedom #ceolifestyle #joy #fun #mindset #observe #naturalappreciation #time its man made anyway....

05.01.2022 A few weeks ago now I decided to clean up and buy myself some roses - flowers of any kind actually but I saw the roses first - and I split them up into all the colours in 3 vases and put into 3 rooms to see how they went these were in my room and I love it! The red ones are still going in my room and the kitchen - my second fave space lol - and this one has new growth on it and is thriving..... 03.01.2022 I recently begun stepping into my life role, in case you didnt know, I am a CEO of an unusual company with an extraordinary vision and mission and a collective board and workforce that is so not normal.... not what I would have considered normal 10 years ago anyway! But its fun and its challenging and a lot of it is done when normally Id be sleeping and thats just the way it is, it also means I sometimes spend the days in tracksuits or gym wear and appear to be tired or ...never working.... pmsl - thats what my ego thinks too lol. Recently I had an older lady ask me what I did for a living and it got me thinking - she didnt ask what my job was or just what I did and she most likely didnt mean to trigger the thought process either, but she asked lol - at the core what I do is help people live extraordinary lives by cracking them open and this sculpture by @paigebradleysculpture is the perfect pictorial of what I do and soon Ill have the picture framed in my office For me I do this with individuals, with organisations, with cultures and whole countries and it blows my fucken mind how amazing this is!!! The transformation literally takes less than 90days and Ive done it my whole life so its second nature to me - I use tools and techniques and language and codes and its truly a magnificent way to be. I want to thank the lady who asked me exactly what I do for a living and who really wanted to understand and Im excited for those who sign on to work with us and to experience it. New opportunities are opening for those who want to find out more as well as the opportunity to work individually with me during the daylight hours..... So what do you do for a living??
