25.01.2022 OSTEO UPDATE As of the 28th of September the restrictions for allied health professionals will be eased slightly. This is great news as we know there are many of you who did not fit the original DHHS criteria but who definitely need some hands on treatment and TLC! There are still restrictions in place in order to reduce non essential movement and contact. BUT, if any ONE of these statements accurately describe your situation: You are in pain or struggling... Your mobility and ability to carry out activities of daily living are affected Your functional independence is affected Your condition is not improving with telehealth You’re preparing for or recovering from surgery You need further investigation or imaging Then you are likely to meet the criteria for face to face appointments. If you’re unsure then please give us a call and we can chat about your condition and the best way forward. We will continue to maintain strict COVID-19 protocols in order to keep everyone safe. Can’t wait until we can one day see all your friendly faces, even with masks!

14.01.2022 AN INVITATION TO NOT STRUGGLE Adyashanti explores our tendency to return to a state of struggle with others and with ourselves. He invites you to pay closer att...ention to your inner experience and relinquish any sense of struggling. Adyashanti invites you to enter a state of simply being. Excerpted from "Letting Go of Struggle": http://bit.ly/32ah77R Quotes from this Video: Transformation doesn’t come through struggle; transformation comes through awareness. The harder you struggle, the field of your awareness gets narrower and narrower. As you let go of struggling, the field of your awareness gets vaster and vaster. If you’ve ever tried to meditate much before, what you have probably experienced is: you can be sitting there struggling to do nothing, when there’s literally nothing to do but sit there. To let go of struggle is a very engaged thing to do. It’s one of the reasons that whenever we come together, we sit. Those 10-15 minutes are just an invitation not to struggle.
