05.01.2022 Today we are down at Palm Beach so we thought we would take you for a look around one of Baltzer Group's latest projects. In this premium beach side build we have recently completed the under slab and are currently working on the rough in. What rough in means is to bring in the various lines to the space, but not make the final connections. For plumbing, this would be the pipes in the walls and floors that lead to the sinks, bath, toilets, etc, but not actually hooking up t...hose fixtures. Watch all the way to the end for a couple of tips on planning for a build like this.
