18.01.2022 Dear customers, Please know that we will continue to trade and remain open and operating 24/7 (including all public holiday's) to ensure everyone’s needs are met. The health and well-being of all our staff and customers is our number 1 priority but everyone needs to do their bit to limit this spread. If you could please, respect and follow the points below we can try to flatten this curve and stop the spread. If you are unwell or experiencing any of the following symptom...s- sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath- Please do not come into the pharmacy without calling ahead first. We may need to make other arrangements for the collection or delivery of your scripts and other pharmacy needs. You may be asked to step away from the counter while waiting Do not be alarmed if you see our staff wearing masks or wiping down surfaces regularly Remember, keep practising good hand hygiene by washing hands in warm soapy water regularly and we can all do our bit to help flatten the curve and give our health system a chance to cope. 02.01.2022 Hi all, Just a little update- incase anyone is wondering, yes we are still trading 24/7 during the stage 4 restrictions. Under the government regulation, you will be able to travel outside the 5km radius if you are going a community pharmacy. They have stated it is preferable you stick to your nearest pharmacy however if your regular pharmacy is outside the 5km radius you will still be allowed to go if there is a valid reason (such as the pharmacy has a customers prescriptio...ns and history on file). Please make sure you mask up and sanitise upon entering our store so that we can keep our staff and the rest of the community safe. 01.01.2022 A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued by the Victorian Government. There is extreme and high pollen across most of the State. This combined with changing and dynamic weather conditions means people need to stay out of the wind today. If people have asthma or hayfever, the advice is to go inside, close doors and windows and avoid wind gusts before and during the storm. Reliever medication should be carried at all times! ... Please check to see if your asthma reliever is still in date!
