24.01.2022 Catering for this upcoming BAMM, will be Frosting and Sprinkles coffee and cupcakes, CB Progress Association German hotdogs, sausage sizzle and chicken/gravy rolls, Coffin Bay Takeaway for cheesecake and pastries and lastly, excited to bring Smoky Uppercuts American style BBQ to Coffins! 08.01.2022 We have room for more stall holders, for Easter Sunday BAMM, Coffin Bay. However, food and drink stalls are now covered thanks. We have one free spot for a charity or not-for-profit organisation. Also, room for more artists in the art gazebos. Only $10 to display your art work for sale. Garden produce welcome. $5 for a trestle table spot. Henna and/or face painter still needed.

05.01.2022 Dear interested Stall holders. We are now taking Registrations of Interest for the Summer 2020 BAMM-Beach, Arts, Music, Markets. To be held on the Coffin Bay Foreshore lawns next to the Yacht Club on Sat. 4th January, 4-8pm. Cost is $30 for a 3m x 3m site, $50 for a double and $65 for a triple. This is a fundraiser for Coffin Bay Progress Association. Please get back to me ASAP with the following info, if you're wanting a stall.... Your business name. What you sell. Is it hand made? Do you need power? For food sellers, what you sell and prices. You will need to provide your own gazebo, tables and chair. We're looking for bright, interesting, fun looking stalls. This event is growing bigger each time. Coffin Bay is always booked out at that time of year, so it should be a great event again. The Yacht Club will open especially for it, to serve drinks and meals. ARTISTS more info coming soon. Felicity is going to be helping me organise the Art Gazebo this time.

04.01.2022 Dear stall holders and members of the public. We had a Progress Assoc Sub Committee meeting this morning and have made the difficult decision to postpone the Easter BAMM. We hope to be able to hold it instead possibly in Sept/Oct holidays. Maybe even at Day On The Bay, if their Committee is agreeable. For those who have already paid, we are happy to refund you or you may choose to leave your payment with us ready for the next BAMM. Your choice. We assure you it will be kept on record. If you would like a refund now, please forward me your banking details. Thankyou for your understanding.
