10.01.2022 Michael passed away two years ago today. Grief is such a small word for the enormous loss I feel. He didn’t get to live and I don’t get to live with him anymore. He had such joy for life, for being in this world and being comfortable in it. It is a trait that is elusive to most of us and one of the many wonderful aspects about him that made him such a joy to be with. He was a wonderful man, i miss him beyond measure and so do our children. I am a broken me. The Farm is what h...e has left behind and I have buried myself into making it work, to keep me from thinking and to keep him close. However I am not doing this by myself, I am grateful to our children, they have stepped up and supported me. I am thankful to my parents and my sister, who even though they are so far away are always there for me. I know my niece, nephews, my cousins my uncles and aunts hold me in their hearts. I am so thankful for the wonderful people who work with me, their care and commitment to making this farm work. I am blessed I have my girlfriends, they check on me and make sure i am ok and bring joy into this house. Thank you. See more

10.01.2022 Thank you for all the lovely message you sent and memories you shared of Michael. It was good to retreat for a little while, today I am back in the bakery and will be back at the Markets this Weekend The farm continues on anyway and we will be back at the Markets next week. Be well xxc
