21.01.2022 Further ease of restriction and the most welcoming one must be the need to wear a mask will be relaxed. However, we would still like to emphasis the importance of wearing it during indoor (e.g. coming into the clinic), in shopping centres, going into a library etc. When walking in the park where social distancing can be maintained, we are allowed to put the mask in our pocket and enjoy a bit of breeze and fresh air on our face. If situation changes, and we must put our mask b...ack on. Well done once again Victoria! BMC https://www.theage.com.au//victoria-close-to-eliminating-c

17.01.2022 Mental Health Week 10-17 October 2020 This week is Mental Health Week which aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing. To coincide with this, we are launching our new app, While I’m Away, which focuses on the child’s social and emotional wellbeing while a parent is away from their child for any period of time. This week we’re reflecting on the importance of supporting the social and emotional wellbeing and mental health of children through early intervention and prevention, and we’ll be sharing a number of our resources as a reminder of what infant and child mental health is and why it is important. https://emergingminds.com.au//what-is-infant-and-child-me/

03.01.2022 In late March, the regulator warned consumers to watch out for false and misleading advertising and warned companies against linking their products to the novel coronavirus. Claims being made include unregistered products that ‘kill COVID-19’, air purifiers that help fight the coronavirus, complementary medicines that prevent the virus, and a medical device that treats a number of serious diseases including COVID-19, HIV AIDs and cancer, the TGA website warned.
