10.01.2022 SATURDAY 15 FEBRUARY 2020 After what looked like it would be yet another round of baseball lost to the weather, MBL managed to get ALL 37 games scheduled to be ...played, allocated to a playable field so EVERY SINGLE TEAM could get out on the diamond yesterday... thats 74 teams across juniors AND seniors. We would like to thank Bankstown Sports Baseball Club, Campbelltown Caspers Baseball Club and Campbelltown Ghosts Baseball Club for pulling together to host extra games at Boggabilla, the Casperdome and Woodlands Baseball Complex. It is a mammoth task on all fronts to take on the extra workload involved with weather affected games, and the co-operation of all clubs is imperative to how successful such events are. To all the volunteers out there, you are the reason our teams get onto the field week-in-week-out. Being adaptable to ensure our members get to play as much as possible is a great strength and it would be remiss of MBL not to acknowledge your continuous efforts so THANK YOU. Its all about getting the kids on the field. Thats why we do this.
