We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Yearling Barn Supervisors to join our team. You must have the following attributes/skills: Exceptional communication skills Ability to lead a small team of staff & work within a team environment... Be able to assist Farriers & Vets Experience in educating & preparing young horses for sales Assist with the daily care & routine of feeding, grooming, procedures & treatments Must have a minimum of 12 months industry experience Sound knowledge of Work Health Safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe work practices.
