07.01.2022 It is with great disappointment on behalf of all staff at Bardi's to let our wonderful Community know that whilst we announced our new Menu (which we ran yesterday & today, with great feedback), we will be running a Limited Menu this weekend. Sadly our weekend cook has a medical condition (non COVID related) that arose yesterday, requiring hospitalisation for diagnosis and medical advise to rest for next few days. Matt, our weekday Chef would normally jump right in and serv...e up his delicious food but he is completing final training for a Local RFS Station tomorrow & then has prior engagements he cannot change last minute. Bardi always comes through and we have a cover for the kitchen, the cake fridge is stocked full of delights, blueberry scones & plain will be baking fresh in the morning, plus a new little treat. We will be on fire as only Bardi's Staff do when under the pump so See y'all tomorrow

06.01.2022 Queen B Boss Update: I have been so appreciative & grateful of the concern and care I have received since my accident last week. It’s taken some time to process how fortunate I was and how I am to still be here with my family, friends and for Community. I have had to take some time off this week to deal with a few parts of my body that did get hurt. They will heal and I know how very fortunate I was to have not done further damage than muscular, bruising and slight crack i...n lower back. The support from everyone has been kind and respectively received I can tell you. I am hoping to be back at work for a couple of days next week and then back in full swing the weeks following. ** Some may find the photos unsettling **
