16.01.2022 With warmer weather here, it’s time for your SPF reminder Whether you’re heading to and from work, gardening, outside with the kids, going for your afternoon walk - or anything inbetween - make sure you don't head outside without applying your dermaviduals SPF. Our top tips to make sure your SPF application is effective are:... Apply your SPF after your moisturiser. Make sure you give your skin time to absorb your SPF before exposing yourself to the sun. Don’t skimp. You need to apply a sufficient amount of it to achieve the labelled SPF of 15 or 30. Apply your SPF regularly throughout the day (if outside) to maintain your sun protection. Help your SPF out by wearing a hat, sunglasses, covering up where possible and seeking out the shade if you can. If you're low on SPF, get in touch with us for a top up.
