25.01.2022 Many of our guests asked us for recommendation on where to buy good meat produce when they are considering cooking (or BBQ) at Barefoot ... we highly recommend Hungerford Meat Co at 47 Maitland Street in Branxton, this butchery is owned by ex chef from famous sydney restaurants like Bather Pavillion and Becasse and this is where the locals in the know and restaurateurs come to buy their meats. 23.01.2022 Long lunch at Esca Bimbadgen, very delicious and highly recommended .... good selections of Bimbadgen single vineyard wines available by the glass .... course of 3, 4 or 5 courses available.
13.01.2022 We recently visited Karin’s beautiful Winmark winery which was only recently opened in June 2020. The beautifully designed cellar door is perfect setting to taste Winmark’s premium Hunter Valley Chardonnay .....Chardonnay is one of our favourite whites and this is now on our favourite Chardonnay list ! Highly recommended winery for our guests at Barefoot at Broke to visit .... and they are open 7 days a week! We hope you get to meet her at the cellar door.
