25.01.2022 Lets be honest... Mums always have that sneaky feeling in the back of their minds, that theyre messing up I know I do...... Yet after raising 5 pretty amazing humans, I look back and see... Its ok to not have it all together... Its ok for the house to look like a bombs gone off... (its ok to cry about that too - yep, been there many-a-time)... Its ok to be juggling kids, work, hubby and your own growth... Its ok to think youre getting all wrong... . As a mother, your heart is filled with such love for your children... and with love comes everything you need to equip, raise and nurture these little miracles that were created from your self and I know that you would only ever do the best that you can to see them thrive. You are AMAZING..! You are TALENTED..! You are STRONG..! You are LOVE..! And no matter if you feel it or not... you are VALUABLE... and greatly LOVED..! (and Im super proud of you) Stop right now ! Reflect... A joyous moment for me was realising, even though my youngest does not fit in the box at school... He is strong... street wise... loving... by the age of 9 could out surf me... by age 12 had saved the life of a younger boy caught in a rip... age 13 was giving me financial advice (hes an entrepreneur for sure)... and continues to amaze me... So, am I stuffing up..? Absolutely !!! Yet, you KNOW your parenting skills are on point when you see these glimmers of beauty within your childrens lives. PS. This post has tweaked many more memories for me. I could write a book about my 5 children. Do they drive me crazy sometimes... yep (Im only human), but WOW Im proud of their gorgeous, thoughtful natures and will continue to be proud of them always. SHARE below one of your stories.

23.01.2022 DAY 2 - START A JOURNAL 2020 is your year ! Get yourself a cute little notebook (or if youre like me - grab an empty notebook out of the cupboard, cause I know you have extra ones). ... On the first page... write all the awesome people / things / happenings from 2019 that you are grateful for. On the second... write all the things that you refuse to take forward with you into 2020 (these can be thoughts, behaviours, feels, attitudes, toxic people / circumstances, etc). COMMENT BELOW with anything you feel to share.

Even with all the talk these days concerning self-care... and the importance of looking after you.... There are still women struggling to fit me time into their schedule... Or if they manage to... May feel a little guilty doing so... Be sure to: 1. Maintain a positive attitude... as part of living a well-balanced life is learning how to deal with adversity... uncertainty... and things beyond your control. 2. Always pay attention to your health... look after you... your health affects the quality of your life and work... You will be more productive and happy when you get enough sleep... eat more wholefoods...and get active. 3. Take time out for you... alone ! 21.01.2022 CORONAVIRUS & other viruses and what you can do about it Imagine a tree that doesnt get enough water, air, sunshine, nutrition & care. Its vibrancy will be lo...w and dis-ease will come and attack, in this case some bugs, worms & bacteria will try and break into the tree. If those conditions arent corrected over time, the vibrancy of the tree will go down further and further, until the tree eventually dies and becomes one with the earth. Humans are no different. If we dont raise our vibration, we eventually break down and chronic dis-eases will take over our lifes. Ever wondered how little ants know that there are is an animal dying? They have little antennaes and they can sense the chemicals and low energy/ vibrations that a dying animal sends out. Pretty amazing when you deeply think about it, right? How do you raise your vibration? You can raise your vibration with happy thoughts, positive affirmations, deep breathing exercises, plenty of sunshine, essential oils, walking in nature, eating healthy foods, hydrating your temple, reducing stress, sleeping well, surrounding yourself with positive relation-ships & following your passion. The habits that we incorporate every day is what either makes us or breaks us. Most viruses and bacteria cannot survive long under direct sunlight. 2) Life is movement. Viruses & bacteria proliferate when air or water becomes stagnant. A lot of people believe that you get the flu from cold air. But this couldnt be further from the truth. People become sick because of the lack of sunshine, stagnant air (because they spend more time indoors) and overeating (think why so many people get sick over the holiday season). In the past, hospitals were designed with south-facing glazing, cross-ventilation and high ceilings because fresh air and sunlight were thought to reduce infection risk. Historical AND recent studies suggest that natural ventilation offers protection from transmission of airborne pathogens. The science is there, but today our hospitals hardly ever allow any fresh air and direct sunlight anymore. In fact we are told to avoid the sun and the fresh cold air to avoid sickness. When given that advise, do the opposite. BUT yes I get it why people are afraid of getting sick at airports. Breathing in regurgitated bump breath through air-conditioning, being radiated right, left & centre, most likely being highly stressed, tired, overworked and overfed. YES wearing face masks is actually a great idea and an effective way of combating transmission when travelling in congested airports and airplanes. I usually use a thin scarf that I wrap around my head when I travel and I usually never travel without my Essential Oils Travel Kit. Thieves Oil, Peppermint & Eucalyptus are great choices that can support your respiratory system when it needs that extra little boost. After your travel, its best to ground yourself in nature and get plenty of fresh air and sunshine and potentially do a bit of cleansing & detoxing, especially if you have been eating the wrong foods for a while. And last but not least, dont get yourself into a state of fear, because that also lowers your vibration. Instead empower yourself with knowledge and actively pursue good health through doing the right things to your body. You have so much power and control over your health, so dont get disempowered, thinking that you cant do something about it. Start by tuning into your body and do the right things internally, so you dont rely on external help when shit hits the fan. Its a precious time and one of the very few moments of peace (and quiet ) that you will get during the day. ... Imagine waking early to greet the day EXACTLY how you wish to greet the day... before the noise and the craziness enters. Not only is creating a morning routine a fabulous habit to create... it also helps you to be: more self-disciplined have extra time mentally and/or physically stimulated mentally strong less stressed more productive a calmer and happier version of you What to include in your morning..? Anything you want ! There are no rules. Here are some ideas to get you started: REFLECTION TIME - prayer / meditation / sit quietly in nature - start your day being still... remember to BREATHE deeply. EXERCISE - do something you enjoy - not only will you feel happier and more accomplished... exercising has huge benefits for both the body and the brain. If you wish to lead a more joyful, successful, meaningful and fulfilled life... its time to invest in yourself. ... Sit in silence... Allow your soul to get quiet while giving serious thought to your life and where you are headed..? And not just on the surface... but actually going deeper. How are you? Are you okay? Are you healthy? Are you happy? Do you need to talk? Self-reflection is a form of personal analysis that allows you to align your life with what you dream it to be. It allows you to make plans that help you to achieve your end goal. Be sure to look over your life with non-judgement...
