We will have all our usual products and have had our restock of our popular Shakti Mats and pillows, Solidteknics pans and the replay range along with our usual. 23.01.2022 Have you ever thought about how fresh your food is that you are buying? If your buying from the big chain supermarkets chances are it’s been sitting in a warehouse for months and months as that is what gives them the big buying power to negotiate lower purchase prices with the suppliers. You may notice that we can occasionally be out of stock of some of our products for a few days (or sometimes a bit longer ), there’s a couple of reasons for this, I buy in smaller amounts ...to ensure our stock is turned over quickly to ensure freshness, and then because of the freshness we sell out quick because once customers have had our products that are fresh they realise what they’ve been missing out on with the sub par stock from the big chain supermarkets. Our suppliers are also the same with buying fresh so they are sometimes out of stock to ensure fresh turnover. Do you know what this plant is pictured? It popped up in my garden that is next to the cool room that I store all our stock in (another thing we do to keep stock fresh), I had no idea what it was to start with as I hadn’t planted it and had to sort the expertise of a Pilbara plant group to tell me what it was. Turns out it’s a beautiful sunflower . That’s right our stock is so fresh you can apparently grow sunflowers from our sunflower seeds . When I sweep out the coolroom I empty the dustpan in my garden as I know it is only food matter that I am putting back into the earth anyway! How cool is that . P.S I can’t guarantee you will also be able to grow sunflowers from our seeds as this was just pure luck on my behalf that this beauty popped up, but I can guarantee our stock is as fresh as possible.

13.01.2022 SOLIDTEKNICS UPDATE Thanks to COVID production of the amazing Solidteknics has slowed, whenever a worker has a sniffle they aren’t able to work, and when the pans are made by a special skill required they can’t be easily replaced. Solidteknics have also seen an unprecedented increase in purchase as it seems people are now using their extra time on their hands to look at getting rid of their toxic pans and replace them with these beauties. What that means for us at Barefoot C...reations is a limited supply of pans, so what stock we have in at the moment is all we will have until late November/early December so if you are thinking of getting yourself or a loved one a pan as a gift and don’t want to miss out please make your purchase ASAP. 05.01.2022 Who's enjoying their Primal Alternative by Suzy goodies so far? What is your favourite? So far I have tried all the cookies , fat and seedy bread, Hemp and Turmeric Bread, and I have got the no nut hemp wraps to try and the zucchini bread next to try. Our firm favourite so far has been the Turmeric Hemp bread which we had toasted in the sandwich press and served it with avocado and home grown tomatoes. 01.01.2022 Our Bellman Espresso/Cappuccino makers arrived on Saturday which gave us a great opportunity to experiment with it as we had friends staying with us. We were all very impressed with it and can’t wait to play with it some more! My kids also loved having their frothy milk. It also frothed up almond milk beautifully. I’ve added them all to our website now along with the milk jugs, tampers and temperature gauges to get your milk temp right too.
