23.01.2022 ALL the good things from the market this morning Just as impressed with the orderly, distanced lines and the many wash stations as I was with my haul Veggie of the week: The Radish! ... These babies are packed with Vitamin C, E, A, K and B6 + they are filled with amazing amounts of potassium which helps regulate our blood pressure and antioxidants which we all need more of at the moment! 22.01.2022 My one pan veggo and gluten-free tortilla I have embarked on a 10 day immune booster protocol which involves only eating foods that are good me according to my unique genetics. My protocol involves a 5 day reset in which I don’t eat any protein or fats (not even the good ones! ) in order to clean out my veins and arteries which are pre-disposed to ‘clog’.... The next 5 days is optimised eating so having all the things that are THE very best for MY body according to MY genes in order to reinvigorate my whole system & strengthen immunity. So this one pan tortilla is actually for my hubby whose protocol allows it in his reset phase.
