You came this far, you might as well read the following: 27% of US coffee drinkers and 43% of German drinkers add a sweetener to their coffee The world's largest coffee producer is Brazil with over 3,970 million coffee trees.... Coffee beans are really berries Arabica and Robusta trees can produce crops for 20 - 30 years under proper conditions and care. Most coffee is transported by ships. Currently there are approximately 2,200 ships involved in transporting coffee beans each year. The popular trends towards flavored coffees originated in the US during the 1970's. October 1st is the official Coffee Day in Japan. The first coffee tree in the Western Hemisphere was brought from France to the Island of Martinique in the 1720's. Germany is the world's second largest consumer of coffee in terms of volume at 16 pounds per person. 09.01.2022 Treat the kids to a snack after-school with these tasty banana muffins. Preparation Time 20minutes Cooking Time 20 minutes Makes 12... Ingredients Melted butter, for greasing 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp ground cinnamon Pinch salt 1/2 cup brown sugar 75g butter, melted 1/2 cup (125ml) milk 2 tbs honey 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas)Method Preheat oven to 180C. Grease 12 x 1/3 cup (80ml) muffin pans with melted butter or line with paper cases. Sift flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Combine melted butter, milk, honey, vanilla, eggs and mashed 3. banana in a large jug. Whisk until well combined. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients. Add egg mixture, stir until just combined (do not overmix). Spoon mixture into muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer. Cool in pans for 5 minutes, turn onto a wire rack to cool.
