Have you been in contact with anyone who has been exposed to Covid 19 or tested positive to Covid 19 recently or have you been tested due to symptoms? Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with anyone who has? If you answered yes to any of the above questions please let me know and we will reschedule your appointment. Please ensure you follow all Covid 19 protocols once you reach the premises. DROP OFF: On arrival please text message me on 0402729722 and I will open up my garage door where there will be crates for you to put your pup. Please unleash your dog once they are in the crate and take collar/harness/lead with you. PICK UP: On collection please text 0402729722 and I again will open up my garage door where your pup will have been placed in a crate for you collection. Hand sanitiser will be placed near the crates with my eftpos. Please feel free to use this. Crate handles, eftpos and table will all be wiped down and sanitised after each customer. Due to new clients booking and not showing up for their booked appointments, or contacting me for cancellation/rescheduling of their appointments, I will no longer be able to take online bookings for new clients and ask all new clients to please contact me via text on 0402729722 so I can assist them with booking their pups and dogs in with me. With this now becoming a pattern with new clients, I am forced to have to ...ask new clients to pay for their appointment in full upon their booking confirmation. I am more than happy to accommodate new clients and feel very blessed to have my business growing; with this new booking system in place I am hoping none of my existing clients miss out on having their wealfare grooms booked ASAP.
