12.01.2022 Top deadlift misconceptions 1. rack pulls will fix your lockout 99% of the time the issue started at the floor were it was ether your starting position or bracing or a combination of the two and it only becomes obvious as you approach lockout so it’s easy to rationalize rack pull’s as your solution to the problem ... sorry but it doesn’t matter how fast it was off the floor if it grinds to holt half way up 2.
