23.01.2022 As a business with many visitors and touch points, we have had to take a lot of things into consideration to enable us to operate as COVIDSafe as we can. We have had to make changes to the way we operate whilst some visitors havent found it ideal, we are encouraged by the support and appreciation of our efforts so far! Our team have been absolutely brilliant adjusting to the changes - super proud of all their efforts! Here are just some of the things we have in place tha...t we ask customers to be understanding with: Bookings are required we are fitting walk-ins if we can however please understand we have a responsibility to the community to encourage attendees to adhere to social distancing guidelines. So if we are at capacity you may get turned away please dont get upset with our staff! Bookings enable us to spread out visitors and limit excessive numbers in the venue at particular times of the day. Occasionally this means you may not get the time you want however please be understanding that we simply cant fit everyone in at the same time! We have extra staff on deck each day cleaning every lane after use, including bowling balls, seating and lane tables Each bowling booking is placed over two lanes, regardless of numbers. This is to encourage social distancing and enables non sharing of ball returns and lane tables whilst still meeting demand for lanes. Each pair of lanes have their own range of bowling balls to choose from to encourage users to not wander to other lane areas Every golf stick and golf ball is cleaned and sanitised following each use Multiple touch points within the venue are regularly cleaned Hand sanitiser stations are placed throughout the venue If you have any questions in regards to how we are operating, please dont hesitate to get in touch with us!

23.01.2022 END OF SCHOOL HOLIDAYS GRATITUDE POST!! A huge thank you to everyone who has visited over the past sixteen days - we are beyond thankful to have had such amazing support following our re-opening. The kind words and encouragement has not gone unnoticed and makes all the extra efforts and undertakings worthwhile!! Also, a big shout out to our amazing team who have worked so hard to keep everyone clean, safe, happy and fed - it has been quite an adjustment to the way we use...d to operate and they have all adapted brilliantly. Moving forward, we will be open 7 days from 10am - 6pm. All our resources are being used within these hours so we will not be opening on Friday and Saturday evenings unless arranged with management in advance. And why not have a spot of mini golf at the same time . We already have quite a number of bookings throughout the two weeks so we really encourage bookings if you are thinking about heading in for a bowl & putt. ... We really don't like turning people away however with COVID restrictions in place it can happen as we simply can't fit everyone in the venue at the same time so if you have a booking, you secure your spot!

20.01.2022 To all our awesome (and very patient!) customers: MINI GOLF ONLY RE-OPENING FROM MONDAY 23RD NOVEMBER We have spent a lot of time trying to ascertain if we can open at all and it seems that our type of venue is quite a grey area with conflicting information being received in emails and within the Emergency Management (Public Activities) Direction coming into effect tomorrow (22nd November). No-one has been able to provide us a clear answer the best advice we have been ab...le to get is to err on the side of caution and keep our bowling closed however we can open our minigolf. All going well, we should be able to open our bowling on Tuesday December 1st - this is, of course, subject to how things go in the coming week. We will be in touch with bookings for next weekend by Wednesday at the latest. We appreciate the efforts and hard work of SA Health, the SA Government and SA Police to keep us safe. We will continue with our current high level of cleaning and hygiene standards to allow us to stay open and provide a safe environment for all our customers. We will also be operating under a reduced capacity, with limits on larger groups. Please respect our rules and guidelines within our COVID Safe Plan and any instructions outlined by our COVID Marshals. Pizzas will be unavailable with these current restrictions in place however our normal snack bar food will be available. Arcade games are closed until December 1st Please note that as we are a licensed venue with reduced capacity, the following will also apply: Bookings ESSENTIAL, no spectators Contact details must be provided upon entering Hand sanitiser MUST be used when entering. 20.01.2022 It's Friday!! We are open from 10am - 6pm everyday. A reminder that bookings are required to enable us to work within our venue capacity limits - we do our best to fit unbooked visitors in however we really encourage you to just get in touch prior to visiting to avoid disappointment as once we reach capacity we simply can't fit everyone in! If you give us a call or send a booking request via our website we can work with you to find a time that works best for you. Just a heads up that our bowling lanes are fully booked on this coming Saturday morning (15th August), however we do currently have availability from 1.30pm in the afternoon. 19.01.2022 We just wanted to remind everyone that we are indeed operating under a COVID Safe plan and a 200 person capacity limit at any one time of course we do get more than this throughout an 8 hour day but never have more than 200 people at any one time. We encourage ANYONE who has any concerns in regards to our plan and numbers in our venue to speak to us when here so we can explain our operations and how we execute our plan. We had a visit from a lovely police officer today wh...o was responding to a complaint from a member of the public yesterday. We can provide all our CCTV footage if requested by the police and we also showed him around - he was more than happy with what we are doing in keeping our venue COVID Safe. At no point yesterday did we go above our capacity. We will have COVID Marshals in place from August 21st and continue to ask members of the public to do the right thing also so we can all stay safe together!!

This year has been incredibly tough for so many people - no-one can truly know how each and every person has been affected, and how they will continue to be affected in the future. 17.01.2022 Today is our final day of work for our 8270 bowling machines after 40 years of service! They are amazing and mesmerising to watch in action . We have availability for bowling today so please give us a call to grab a spot before our lanes are closed for 12 days. Our bowling machines are being upgraded from tomorrow so our bowling lanes will be closed from Monday 31st August to Friday 11th September inclusive however our mini golf will continue to be open.

11.01.2022 Our thoughts are with everyone in Victoria at the moment - we sincerely hope things improve soon . With so much uncertainty ahead in SA we felt it was timely to remind everyone that we are operating under a SA Government COVID Safe Plan. We have had compliance checks from the SA Police and have had positive feedback about the measures and restrictions we have in place. There are alterations to the way we operate our bowling lanes, we ask for minimal spectators and we als...o have extra staff on deck to get through all the extra cleaning we are required to do. The majority of our visitors have been fantastic and supportive in understanding how we are running things however our staff have also had some negativity from a small number of patrons. Please understand that we would all love to be running things the way we used to however this is just not possible in the current environment - and with our beautiful state currently on high alert we will continue to stand by our plan. At this stage, whilst sitting at home during our Circuit Breaker, we are unable to provide answers as to when we will be able to re-open and under what capacity. We anticipate a number of changes once we re-open so please be patient with us!... Please keep checking in here or via our website for updates - we will update once we receive further information. In relation to bookings, please note the following: If your booking is during the "Circuit Breaker" period (November 19th - November 24th) we have automatically cancelled this booking for you. If you have prepaid, this will be fully refunded - we will contact you to arrange as soon as we can. 10.01.2022 Indoor Play Centres, Amusement Parks and Arcades need your support! Please share this post (and copy and paste the following tags) to help them gain a voice..., as their many emails and phone calls have left them with no clear direction or answers. Steven Marshall Stephen Wade MLC SA Health South Australia Police There have been Covid-19 cases at schools, universities, fast food venues and shopping centres, and yet all these businesses are currently open. Restrictions have finally lifted for all businesses....that is except the industry of Indoor Play Centres, Amusement Parks and Arcades. The industry seems to be forgotten about in the latest easing of restrictions with no definitive reopening date. THEY NEED YOUR HELP to ask the Transition Committee to re-evaluate the current closure.

09.01.2022 We are excited to finally be able to complete some planned upgrades to our bowling equipment and scoring system!! This means our bowling lanes will be unavailable from: Monday 31st August - Friday 11th September INCLUSIVE... Note that our dinosaur mini golf will be operating as normal throughout this period.

07.01.2022 Just a reminder that our opening hours are 10am - 6pm daily. We do have limited lane availability on a Wednesday evening (until 8.30pm) whilst league is on however we ask that you pre-book if looking to come in for a bowl. We have had a small number of calls enquiring in regards to Friday & Saturday evenings. We are not planning on re-opening after 6pm, particularly whilst we are operating under a COVID Safe plan as we simply don't have the staff resources to do so. We do... apologise as we know this doesn't work for everyone however these nights were traditionally quiet for us, with the odd busy evening, so we made the decision to focus on our days moving forward in the current environment. 07.01.2022 We have been so humbled and blown away with the support we have been experiencing since we re-opened!! Our weekends and school holidays are very busy and we are booking out so we encourage booking in advance to avoid being disappointed. 06.01.2022 Father's Day is less than two weeks away!! What better way to spend some time with dad - a game of mini golf and a wood oven pizza!! Whilst we won't have our bowling lanes available our mini golf will be open as normal for a putt . We will extend our pizza times for the weekend of September 5th & 6th to 11.00am - 4.00pm each day.... Bookings for mini golf will be required to allow us to be COVID Safe and ensure we don't have everyone arriving for mini golf at the same time. The time you book will be your start time for mini golf, please ensure you are on time as we can't guarantee availability if late! 05.01.2022 Just a reminder that we currently only have our mini golf available with the current restrictions in place. We are keeping everything crossed that these restrictions will be lifted, as forecast, on Tuesday December 1st. Unfortunately, with the heat forecast over the next few days, we are unable to offer tenpin bowling as an escape from the heat - sorry....we wish we could! With strict capacity limits in place, as well as forecast firebans, we will not be running our wood ove...n pizzas this weekend, however we will have our normal snack bar menu available. Bookings will be capped at a maximum of 10 people per booking. We will continue with our current high level of cleaning and hygiene standards to allow us to stay open and provide a safe environment for all our customers. With limited capacity, we recommend booking over the weekend as we can only have a maximum of 100 in the entire venue. With this in mind, all who attend must be playing - no spectators. 03.01.2022 We have had three consecutive days of our lanes being fully booked which is fabulous! Bookings are steadily filling for the remainder of the school holidays so PLEASE - if you are thinking about coming to visit, send through a booking request via our website or call us on 0885633177. Please be patient if calling - our phones are running hot each morning and we are getting back to everyone as quick as we can however with the volume of calls it can take some time. If you send through a request via our website in the days before, I am replying to all as soon as I can, even in the evenings so make sure you check for replies in your spam/junk folders as well

03.01.2022 Weve had a few enquiries about how the new restrictions announced this week affect us. We are currently still working within the capacity limits in place previously. Alcohol must be consumed when seated, either at cafe tables or bowling tables within small groups. No alcohol on the mini golf course at the current time. We will continue to update if we have any further changes. Lets hope not!!

02.01.2022 COVID19 UPDATE - WEDNESDAY 18th NOVEMBER In light of the Government announcements today, Barossa Bowland will be closed until further notice. Our thought are with everyone out there, please stay safe and stay home - let’s all do the right thing for each other. We are unable to currently provide answers on bookings beyond this weekend however we will work through them as we get further information on how long we will be required to be closed.

02.01.2022 Tomorrow is shaping up to be an absolute stunner of a day!! With this in mind, we are just giving a timely reminder to give us a call to place a booking if you are thinking about coming in as we really don't like turning people away! We are fully booked on Saturday 29th August for mini golf and bowling until 12.30pm and our bowling lanes are fully booked currently until 3.30pm.... So, PLEASE check in with us first before coming in about what availability we have so we can ensure we can fit you in. Thankyou!!

02.01.2022 Sometime between Friday evening and Sunday morning our beloved snake was removed from our premises (yard) and placed on the Tanunda Primary School oval we thank the person who found him and is returning him to us. Sadly, he has received some damage and until he is returned, we are unsure how significant this is. If anyone has any information, we would appreciate you getting in touch with us. If you are one of the thieves, please come forward and assist in payment of the repairs. If we receive no information, we will be reviewing our CCTV footage over the next couple of days and forwarding this footage to the police to follow up.

02.01.2022 With the easing of some restrictions coming into effect on Tuesday 1st December, we are of the understanding that we can re-open our tenpin bowling just in time for our December bookings (recommencement of community sport/recreation). We will be in touch this week with our school and work group bookings - we do have some indoor and dining capacity limits so we will be coordinating our bookings to work around these. If we receive differing information before Tuesday that imp...acts bookings we will advise ASAP. We thank all those already booked in for their patience. We are also awaiting the release of the updated Emergency Management (Public Activities) Direction and our COVID Safe Plan for further details on what restrictions we will be operating under over the next couple of weeks. We will have a QR Code in the venue which customers will be required to scan to their mobile phone to sign in. We can manually take details if required.
