25.01.2022 We did a lot of pulses in this mornings Barre class. Those guys showed up everywhere today. So much so it became a running joke So I thought I’d explain why we LOVE to pulse in Barre classes. Pulses are tiny, repetitive movements of a body part. What’s the benefits? When you shorten the range of motion, your muscles are contracted the entire time, versus a full range motion, where there is a moment of release. It isolates the active muscles, fatigues them more quickly, building more endurance & brings more blood to them which can increase growth, bringing you that famous Barre Burn #barre #barreclass #pulses #barreburn
