To minimise movement in the shop and to encourage us all to stay home we have opened online ordering for Smallgoods and Fresh Meat. Orders can be picked up at the shop at 21 Donnybrook Rd Norlane between 9am and 3pm weekdays AND on Thursdays we are offering HOME DELIVERY to Geelong and Torquay.... 13.01.2022 Not long now people so its time to share our amazing glazed ham recipie for all of you to enjoy . Merry Christmas Ingredients... 1 Barwon Valley Bone in or out smoked Ham Half a cup of Brown Sugar 80ml maple syrup 80ml honey 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Cloves Instructions Pre-heat oven 10 170 degrees Mix all of the ingredients Remove the rind from the ham then score in a criss cross pattern, dont score too deep. Press a clove into each of the cross sections of the scoring. Brush one third of the glaze over the ham. Reduce oven heat to 120 degrees cook in the oven (or even on the weber) for an hour and half, re-glazing every half an hour.
