We’re checking in to our Base Suites Infrared Sauna, complete with colour therapy! 24.01.2022 Do you do cardio? We personally don't do any ‘traditional’ forms of cardio like running or jogging. We lift weights, we do it most days and this is the way we have built our #basebody. When we add "cardio" into our programs for ourselves and our babes, it comes in the form of skipping, boxing, sled pushes, ropes, box jumps, ball slams, stair and hill sprints. We will add these extra exercises to our circuit days for something fun. Choose explosive exercises like th...ese to compliment your weights based program. We also love walking, daily walks are amazing for your mind, body and soul. But don't forget babes, the foundation of our training is weights, it is the best way to shape our bodies and keeps us strong, fit and healthy. 05.01.2022 We love squats to help build a STRONG BASE Here are some of our favourite high-bar squat cues to improve your form and technique: SQUEEZE your elbows back and shoulder blades DOWN to engage the muscles of your upper back Stand with your feet slightly wider than your hip width and slightly turn your toes out, always ensuring your feet remain FLAT...
