23.01.2022 It's funny to watch, but it is a VERY demanding drill to have 6 basketballs going and a high bounce ball all moving at the same time. The trick is to watch the small high bounce ball and get rid of the the spare basketball, but the catch is you need to see who isn't already overloaded before you pass!! 17.01.2022 Again this is likely to change once 3x3 comps have been added and recalculated. But it's good to know for the social games.

06.01.2022 Regarding the small group training sessions Some restrictions, no regular games, screens etc, due to 1.5m SD. Plenty of cardio, shooting and the positivity the comes with excercise. Here is our safe plan required by government, which we need to uphold so we can keep training. And play sooner.
