Forrestfield United Football Club will be holding our annual 7 A-side Summer competition commencing on 23rd October and running for 9 weeks till 18th December. We would like to invite all returning teams to our early registration now open online. Please find attached the information poster and team nomination form and details on how to register are below. We look forward to seeing all teams back on the pitch this summer. New Changes Season will be only 9 weeks as the winter season has run later than usual due to covid We have included a single player nomination to our online shop, its free to register and we will try find single players a team or create a team from accumulated single nominations but we can’t guarantee a spot HOW TO REGISTER 1. Complete the Team Nomination Form (attached) 2. Go to fufcclubshop.org.au/collections/summer-soccer and pay online through our online store, submit the Nomination Form at the same time. 3. Receive confirmation via email of team colours. 4. Payment is due at the time of nomination. Registrations close 16th October 2020 Please read the game rules before registration, rules are at fusc.org.au/summer-soccer/ Matches will be 20 minutes each way with a 5-minute interval. Forrestfield United Soccer Club does not carry insurance for this competition, therefore participation is at the players own risk. No Studs or Blades on Boots Canteen and Bar facilities will be available on playing days. No Alcohol to be consumed on the pitch. 24.01.2022 Registrations are being extended to the 28th September for the senior competition as we are still receiving a steady flow of teams. Junior registration is still open till the 4th of October due to the junior competition starting on the 18th of October.

17.01.2022 Calling all budding little Forrie footballers born in either 2015 or 2016! Commencing on Friday 11th September Forrestfield United Football Club will be running... fun-filled football clinics on a Friday evening at the Club to provide the young members of our Forrie footballing community an introduction to the wonderful game of football, focusing on age appropriate skill development. These fun sessions are aimed at 4 & 5 year old (including those turning 4 in 2020), with the kids being coached by trained and qualified footballing coach and player Andrea (Andy) Preiato. The sessions will from 5:00 pm - 5:45-6:00 pm on the main pitch (in front of the grandstand). We are planning for this program to run all the way through to the end of our Junior 7-a-side Summer Soccer competition on Friday 11 or 18 December, with a only one or possibly two week break over the October school holidays. This provides a fantastic sporting opportunity for these young kids over the spring and summer months and will give those kids keen to enter the Under 6 age group for the 2021 winter season a fantastic head-start on their skill development. Most importantly, it will provide the young kids in our community and footballing family, a great opportunity to meet new kids, and make new friends playing a game they love. The cost will be a minimal $130 for the entire 12-13 week program and will include the kids being provided with a Forrie training shirt! So, if you have older children training at the Club on a Friday evening this season, and/or planning to play in the upcoming Junior 7-a-side Summer Soccer competition in term 4, this is a great opportunity to get the younger siblings involved in our game and give them something to do! And don't forget to spread the word amongst the parents of their friends, so their friends can come along, join the fun and experience the great game of football within our wonderful Forrestfield United football family too! 08.01.2022 Junior Fixtures for Week 1

08.01.2022 This week is our final week of summer soccer, we have a few big games on that will decide their leagues. Div 1 - CBF FC & Kalimpong are both on 19 points with CBF FC ahead on +3 goal difference both games played on pitch 5, Kalimpong kicking off at 6pm and CBF FC at 6:45pm. Div 2 - Can't Breathe & Fill In FC are both able to win the league with Can't Breathe ahead by 1 point, they play off against each other at 6:45pm on pitch 6 with the result deciding the league.... Div 3 - APFC & The Great Wall are in the same position as Div 2 with APFC ahead by 1 point and the deciding game played at 6:45pm on pitch 7. Div 4 - Copeless Hunts & TBA are both on 31 points with Copeless Hunts ahead on a +6 goal difference however TBA have already got their 3 points for the week due to a BYE, Copeless are playing at 7:30 on pitch 8 with only a draw needed to secure the title. Mixed - Urapeein FC have won the title after last weeks win. Masters - Cider Six & Blue Raiders are both up for the title with Cider Six ahead by 1 point and have not lost this season yet, the two teams play off against each other at 6:45 on pitch 2. Youth League - Perth Hills comfortably won their league. Congratulations to our League Winners and good luck to the teams playing for the title on Thursday.

07.01.2022 It is with the greatest sadness that I advise the players, members and supporters of Forrestfield United Football Club of the passing of Rod Banjac. Our love an...d support goes out to Dana, Savo, Milan, Marko (dec) and family as we start to mourn the life of a man who gave so much to Forrie and to football in general. Further details of how the club will honour our friend will be communicated in time. As a family, we again will come together in grief. RIP Rod.

06.01.2022 In preparation for the next season, our U/12s will be holding two open training sessions. All past and future players are invited to attend, enjoy a couple of sessions and parents can meet coaching staff for 2021 and ask any questions that they might have.
