25.01.2022 SECONDARY LOGO SUITE!

20.01.2022 Out of office for some much needed R&R I will still be replying to emails (it might just take me a little longer than usual) Bask. X

20.01.2022 Dreamy wedding branding created a couple of years back. I designed a monogram incorporating illustrations of flowers which were embroidered on the brides incredible wedding gown. The monogram was also laser cut and used for the cake topper and we hand illustrated it onto a clear Perspex for the welcome sign. I have to find photos of the sign it turned out so great. A beautiful wedding for beautiful couple. The bride... a twin herself, recently gave birth to her own set of twins. How special!

18.01.2022 Brush lettering, well where do I begin. It all started in university when the ink lettering craze began and I have not been able to shake my obsession since. There is nothing more romantic and raw than ink to paper and the beautifully perfect imperfections that come with using ink and your hands to create something. It gives a logo that personal touch which is ideal for businesses that want that human touch and a bespoke feel to shine through. Creating a brand that is authentic to its core values is a true art. 17.01.2022 Bask Studio nook. I can’t exactly remember where I sourced the old glass bottles but they remind me of my childhood as my mum would always use them for hydro plant cuttings. These cute little amber ones make me happy

13.01.2022 I’ve been working on a rebrand the past few weeks and to be the honest it’s been one of the most difficult projects to date, the client is so indecisive, unreliable, giving confusing feedback, has been ghosting me AND HAS NOT PAID A CENT! What a nightmare ..... The client is me myself and I, and the branding project is for Bask Studio and as any designer would know, designing for yourself is the most difficult task and have no idea why!? Is it because we are too criti...cal on ourselves? We change things a million times. And there is no real deadline as client work is (always) the first priority so it feels like it draaaaags on forever. You may have noticed a few little tweaks and changes on our social pages and website and I am finally at a point where I am excited to share Bask’s rebrand (let’s be honest probably next week as I have 3 logos to complete this week ). The essence of Bask is the same, but now I feel it aligns more closely with our brand ethos and the direction we are heading. It has been a big year for Bask (and the world ) and it only felt right we changed and evolved as well. For now, here is a sneak peek. A blossoming, brilliant & bountiful icon that means all things Bask and has layers of meaning very close to my heart (so much so I had it inked permanently). 05.01.2022 Another out take from a Logo + Branding + Website project we have been excitedly working on. This project has effortlessly flowed from one stage to another and it is so rewarding seeing it all come together. We always highly recommend to get the complete branding package (rather than just stopping at a logo). Having A strong brand gives your business a personality, reinforces your brand values and drives customer loyalty. Consistency at all touch points (through the use of typography, colours, graphics, icons, layout and beyond) builds brand awareness and allows customers to easily recognise your business. 05.01.2022 Paddy came to Bask wanting a modern and professional logo that represented his eco friendly business. We designed a unique logo mark with multiple variations, having a responsive logo allows the design to be utilised on all types of deliverables, such as car decal, signage, uniforms and website. We kept the unique symbol prominent and consistent throughout the designs making it easily identifiable. Paddy absolutely loved the initial concepts we presented, and there was zero changes made! We thoroughly enjoyed bringing Paddy’s ideas and vision to life.

04.01.2022 A simple yet refined logo completed last month. The icon, incorporating the letters C & Y came naturally pencil to paper, later adding the wave to reflect the beautiful coastlines of Yamba and a location pin to align with the name itself - central. It’s the little details that create a well resolved minimal logo.
