17.01.2022 Dear Golfers, In light of the recent announcements by the WHO (World Health Organisation) declaring the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) a Worldwide pandemic, and in more recent times, the Australian government has issued a ban on all non-essential public gatherings of 500 people or more, we thought we'd take a moment to update you on all things Bass Strait Golf. At this stage, our Bass Strait Masters event scheduled for the 18th-21st of April will go ahead as planne...d. We are working with and liaising with course management at Barnbougle, Cape Wickham, Ocean Dunes and all relevant local authorities. We will keep you updated on any developments should any arise, if you do have any more questions or concerns regarding the event, we ask that you email us at: [email protected] Additionally, some additional measures we can all take to ensure greater hygiene and lessen the likelihood of the potential spread of the virus: - Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water; - Keep a safe distance from other people - When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue - Throw tissues away immediately after and ensure you wash your hands - Carry hand sanitizer at all times, particularly when soap is not available; - Avoid close contact with anyone who has a fever or showing symptoms. We'd like to assure you that, on our end, we are closely monitoring the situation and taking all necessary precautions including the highest hygiene standards. Finally, we ask that you notify us immediately, if you have travelled overseas in the last 28 days, or come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. This will help us carry out our risk assessment plan, to ensure the health and safety of all golfers in our up and coming Bass Strait Masters tournament.

02.01.2022 To our Bass Strait Masters entrants, We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your patience as we navigate through the uncertainty of COVID crisis and the border shut-down between Mainland Australia and Tasmania. It has been a challenging period for our young company, which specialises in flying golfers to these 4 amazing golf courses. It was obviously quite a devastating outcome to have the upcoming groups bookings unable to travel, including having to postpone... our premier event, the Bass Strait Masters. We appreciate all of the support we have received from our loyal clients. It has been an overwhelming response from the tight-knit golfing community. We do have some positive news as we are pleased to announce we have been able to reschedule the dates of the Bass Strait Masters to November 14-17.
