23.01.2022 To our CrossFit kids families We are doing what we can to prevent the spread of germs and keep ALL our members safe and well. We are regularly cleaning equipment, floors and fittings and have hand wash readily available. We ask that you help us by encouraging children to wash their hands before classes commence and we will wipe down equipment after use. ... We thank you for your support and help to be able to continue to run our wonderful kids classes.

16.01.2022 We are super excited for our kids program to get started and we have the new Program names. CUBS 3-5yrs PANTHERS 6-10yrs TIGERS 11-17yrs ... We hope you love them as much as we do.

16.01.2022 WEEKLY CHALLENGE FOR ALL KIDS.... You have until Tuesday the 7th night at 8pm to complete 500 squats. We would love to see any photos or videos of your kids doing these and let us know when they are completed. Mum and dads, feel free to join them

Please keep an eye on the page though as we will stay in contact and would like check in on our wonderful Kids. ... We'd love you to post any pictures of the kids staying active during this time and we can offer support if you are struggling with ideas to keep them moving. We will see you all really soon. 12.01.2022 What to expect for our youngest kids program.

09.01.2022 And we’re back in action. Our kids classes kicked off on Saturday and it was so good to see their smiling faces. Here’s some of our cubs and panthers in action.

09.01.2022 Just a quick peak at what our Tigers got up to today (age 10-17). Started with a game to warm up and then they learnt the start to one of the Olympic lifts. Next up came the WOD which had pushups, DB cleans and wall balls. And to finish off they got upside down in some handstands. A great session today. This is a great age group to see quick learning and changes in their training. All of them playing sport so will be great for their individual sport training and building the enjoyment of fitness.

08.01.2022 Kmart have done it again...... the Food Pyramid magnet set. Teaching the kids the food groups and which ones are the most important. This is simple and fun, thanks Kmart!

05.01.2022 Thankyou to all of our members who turned up today to honour this young fella Bradyn in support of the Keala Foundation We dont know Bradyn personally, his lif...e was cut short when he was killed in a car accident in Hawaii. The Keala Foundation supoorts the youth of Hawaii and was founded in 2013 by a group of broken people suffering the effects from alcohol & drugs. They wanted to give back and serve the youth of their community. They created an after school.program to provide a safe place for them to be accountable, feel encouraged to learn healthy habits. They are doing some really positive things and we wanted to show our support for Bradyn, being a Crossfit kids community ourselves we can relate to the mission of helping kids feel safe, seen and valued within the community See more

02.01.2022 We are finally back for our kids and teens to kick off in Term 4. We are super excited to see you all again. Classes will now require a book in system, as we have to cap the numbers due to Covid ruling. Book in through this page, using the book now button. 01.01.2022 An update for our CrossFit kids classes Unfortunately due to covid-19 and the restrictions and guidelines still in place for gyms we are unable restart our Cubs (3-5 years) and Panthers (6-11 years) groups this term. We hope that we can kickstart these again next term. However, we are excited to be working on a timetable adjustment in order to get our Tigers (Teens 12 and up) back into classes to accommodate winter sport commitments. We will keep you updated on this as we wo...rk through a solution for this. We hope to have this sorted within the next couple of weeks. We can’t wait to see you all again and get you back training. Until we do, stay healthy and be kind to your mum
