But why not just buy already ground almond meal you ask? Well, we love knowing and choosing where our produce comes from and knowing exactly what's in it so there are no hidden nasties! This also means we can control how much our ingredients have been processed, the least amount the better, ensuring we are using t...he highest quality whole foods we can get our hands on!
