19.01.2022 "Oh, Mexico" Colours, fun and... what a great theme to celebrate a fortieth! Very exciting creating all the biscuit elements to evoke the Mexican atmosphere. The corn chips are dipped in white chocolate, sprinkled with cocoa, the salsa is raspberry jam, but the chillies are real! Chocolate cake filled with dulce de leche. Happy Birthday James, make the celebration last a good while!

Gluten free chocolate cupcakes, filled with raspberries and decorated with bees with almond wings... yes, handmade one by one... All very simple and sweet as this time full of anticipation should be!

14.01.2022 I cannot stop looking at this cake! I made it 2 weeks ago for a birthday and I didn't want it to leave my house. Mediterranean theme, quite rustic fault line 3 tier cake decorated with lavender buttercream. There is loads of dried fruit in the middle - figs, dates, oven-dried slices of oranges, blood oranges, lemons, mandarin, kumquats, fresh lavender flowers, pistachios and rose petals. The colours worked so well together... The tiers were two Beetroot and Chocolate cakes, filled with cream cheese and one Orange and Cherrie cake filled with chocolate ganache. Thanks to who helped me sourcing all the fruit, flours and the citrus, it wouldn't look the same without your contribution!
